During my stay, I found the hotel to have a really great location near the beach, but unfortunately, the building felt old and the amenities were lacking. The rooms were comfortable but had issues with cleanliness. While the staff's friendliness was a notable highlight, the overall service could be improved significantly. The breakfast offerings were also underwhelming for the price.

My stay at the Holiday Resort & Spa in Guam was quite pleasant overall. The friendly and welcoming staff make you feel right at home, and the ocean-facing room I had provided an incredible view. While the property shows signs of age and could benefit from updates, the large shampoo and body wash dispensers are a great eco-friendly touch. However, the pool is on the smaller side, which might be a letdown if you're expecting a lavish resort experience.
